I suppose to begin I should admit that this blog is in response to a bet I lost to my husband. A couple months back I was in charge of a luau themed party for teenagers who belong to my church. This party was for just under 200 teenagers and part of my responsibilities included providing a treat. To most this would mean a quick trip to Costco for some bags of chips and juice crystals. I decided, on the other hand, to go overboard. I decided to make 250 theme cupcakes. My husband has watched me go crazy entertaining before, but never to this scale. He told me if I went along with all of this I would have to blog about it. And so I welcome you to my diary as I attempt to enjoy food more. Food is my passion and my profession. I enjoy all aspects of the culinary world and I am excited to share my daily discoveries with you.
